About Neuropath
A calmer way to understand your mind
Neuropath was created for one reason:
So people could finally get the answers they’ve been looking for — without feeling rushed, judged, or spoken to like a case file.
Too many people go years trying to make sense of their focus, energy, and motivation. They’re told different things by different people, or left to figure it out alone.
I wanted to change that.
Here, you get time, space, and real conversation.
No jargon. No pressure. Just support that actually helps.
Why I Started This
For years I worked in roles where I saw the same pattern over and over again:
People weren’t struggling because there was “something wrong with them.”
They were struggling because no one had ever taken the time to understand them properly.
Neuropath exists to fix that gap.
Think of it as a quiet room where everything finally makes sense — your habits, your patterns, your strengths, the things that drain you, and the things that light you up.
What I Believe
These three values shape everything I do here:
1. You deserve to be listened to.
Not rushed. Not talked over. Not labelled. Just listened to.
2. Clarity makes life easier.
When you understand your own mind, things stop feeling so heavy and confusing.
3. Support should feel human.
This isn’t a clinic and you’re not a number.
It’s a conversation between two people.
How Neuropath Works
I keep things simple.
You share your story — what life feels like day to day, what’s easy, what’s difficult, what you’re unsure about.
I help you spot the patterns behind it all.
The strengths you’ve been overlooking.
The challenges that have been draining you.
The reasons certain tasks feel harder, and why some days feel more overwhelming than others.
Then I put everything into a clear written summary you can refer back to anytime.
No lists. No tests. No intimidating language. Just clarity.
About Me
I’m John-Paul Inglis, the founder of Neuropath.
For years, I’ve supported children, adults, and families across the UK in roles focused on understanding behaviour, pathways, focus, attention, and the challenges that come with everyday life.
What matters most to me — more than titles or frameworks — is that people feel heard.
I created Neuropath so you can finally have a space where your story is taken seriously, your strengths are recognised, and your mind is understood with patience, warmth, and honesty.
Who This Is For
Neuropath is for anyone who wants:
• A calmer way to understand their mind
• Straightforward explanations, not medical language
• Support from someone who actually listens
• A chance to connect the dots in their own life
• A written summary that makes sense of everything
You don’t have to know whether it’s ADHD or something else.
You don’t need the right words.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need curiosity — and a willingness to explore your own mind with someone who cares.
Ready When You Are
