These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“the client”) and Neuropath Health Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding the use of our website and the ADHD assessment and related services we provide.
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Neuropath Health Ltd provides:

  • ADHD assessments for adults and children

  • Diagnostic reports and clinical feedback

  • Medication titration and review (where available)

  • ADHD coaching and ongoing support

All services are delivered by qualified professionals in accordance with NICE guidelines and relevant UK clinical standards.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Services must be booked in advance through our website or via email.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are clearly displayed on our website and may be updated periodically.

  • Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If we must reschedule due to clinician availability, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

All refund requests should be emailed to info@neuropathadhd.uk.

5. Clinical Information and Reports

All assessments and reports are completed by qualified clinicians using recognised diagnostic tools and professional judgment.
Our reports are intended for clinical and educational use but do not replace care or advice from your GP or another healthcare provider.

Neuropath Health Ltd accepts no liability for actions taken or not taken based on the information provided in reports.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All client information is handled in strict confidence and in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7. Safeguarding and Duty of Care

If a clinician believes there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, we may be required to share relevant information with appropriate services or authorities in line with safeguarding obligations.

While we aim to ensure accuracy, Neuropath Health Ltd does not guarantee that all content is free from error or omission.
You must not misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Neuropath Health Ltd and its clinicians shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
