1. Overview
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and flexible wherever possible.
This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for Neuropath Health Ltd clients.
2. Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at:

More than 48 hours’ notice:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge.
A full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.Within 48 hours of appointment:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time may be charged in full, as your clinician’s time has already been reserved.
3. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us in advance, the full session fee will still apply.
We may not be able to offer rescheduling for repeated missed appointments.
4. Cancellations by Neuropath
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or clinician unavailability, we will:
Notify you as soon as possible, and
Offer a new appointment date or a full refund.
We will always aim to minimise disruption and accommodate your preferred schedule.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies and unexpected situations can occur.
If you need to cancel at short notice due to illness, family emergency, or other serious reasons, please email us to discuss — we review each case individually and will always aim to be reasonable and compassionate.
